1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Books – If the book is physically damaged, misprinted, or defective upon delivery.

Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive a book different from what you ordered.
Note: Books that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at order@shrihariharnaampracharsmiti.com or +91-99889 41693.

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs of the damaged/incorrect book.

Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 7–10 working days.

In case of prepaid orders, only the book cost will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
5. Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to get a replacement, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Books purchased under discounts, clearance, or special offers.

Books that are opened, read, or intentionally damaged.
